Job Description

Skills:

  • Repairing - Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
  • Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
  • Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
  • Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems
  • Installation - Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
  • Reading blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Electrical installations
  • Ad-hoc general maintenance knowledge

Requirements:

  • Qualified Trade tested Industrial Refrigeration Technician (AMMONIA)
  • Qualified Safe Handling of Refrigerants NH3
  • CAT A/B Compliant in NH3
  • Ammonia refrigeration plant experience (Minimum 5 years)
  • Electrical systems knowledge
