Refrigeration Technician

Our client is a leading commercial refrigeration and cooling solutions provider operating across South Africa, dedicated to delivering top-tier maintenance, installation, and field service support to commercial clients. We are seeking a trade-tested Refrigeration Technician based in KwaZulu-Natal to lead site installations, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot defective commercial refrigeration units, and supervise junior technical staff in the field. Key responsibilities Maintain, service, and troubleshoot existing commercial refrigeration cabinets in the trade. Carry out new cabinet installations and ensure all job sites are left clean and safe. Supervise, mentor, and guide junior technical staff on-site, ensuring high standards of work and professional conduct. Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety standards on all customer sites.
