Mission
The Refrigeration Manager is responsible for overseeing and participating in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing technicians, coordinating projects, ensuring safety compliance, controlling costs, and maintaining high service standards. The manager actively works alongside the team while providing guidance, training, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead, supervise, and mentor refrigeration technicians and apprentices.
+ Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of ammonia refrigeration and HVAC systems.
