What You Will Do
Own and continuously develop refrigeration specifications, ensuring they meet business requirements, support Plan A and Carbon Net Zero commitments, and remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.Partner with Store Design and key stakeholders to support the technical development of new store concepts and initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered right first time.Identify and lead engineering innovation opportunities that improve sustainability, energy efficiency, operational performance and refrigerant strategy delivery.Review and analyse refrigeration equipment performance, identify root cause issues and develop short, medium and long-term improvement plans with internal and external stakeholders.Build strong relationships across Construction, Facilities Management, Procurement, consultants and suppliers, providing technical guidance, carrying out technical reviews and supporting investment and category p...
