Role Overview
Responsible for the direct supervision and execution of refractory installation works in large-scale industrial projects (ammonia, methanol, petrochemical).
This is a hands‑on field supervision role , focused on daily crew management, installation quality, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision- Supervise daily refractory activities on site
- Ensure work follows:
- approved procedures
- safety requirements
- quality standards
- Monitor productivity and resolve issues in real time
- Manage material handling, including temperature‑sensitive materials
- Plan daily and weekly activities
- Maintain a 4‑week lookahead schedule
- Ensure availability of:
- materials
- equipment
- workforce
