The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Reformer Pilates Coordinator to launch our brand new reformer program.

You will be required to work with our great team and to head up the group exercise department for Pilates and Wellness. This is a part time position however the successful applicant will need to be available due to the needs and demands of the facility. 

Skills & Attributes:

  • The ability to work independently with flexible hours
  • Have an understanding of group fitness programs and the timetable and develop the classes and their instructors.
  • Ability to recruit instructors.
  • Monitor existing instructors and evaluate the program regularly
  • WHS Compliance
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations of the areas of responsibility within company policies, procedure and guidelines
  • Ensuring number of members grow in the program by advertising and promoting the classes
