Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified Pilates Instructor skilled in classical and contemporary techniques including Reformer Chair Mat and Tower Pilates. You will provide high-quality personalized instruction to clients of all levels including those recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions in a motivating and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Pilates classes (Reformer Chair Mat Tower) tailored to clients fitness levels goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Conduct client assessments and provide personalized guidance based on progress and medical history.
• Incorporate classical and contemporary Pilates techniques supporting rehabilitation and chronic condition management.
