Refocus Manager - Aldersley High School

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and confident member of pastoral staff to lead and manage our Refocus provision at Aldersley. This high-impact, short-term provision is designed to help students make effective choices in their behaviour and reintegrate back into school successfully. The provision is located on site, in our Success Centre adjacent to the main buildings, and allows for withdrawal for students to receive focused intervention and high‑impact catch‑up, enabling rapid and successful re‑entry into mainstream lessons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Provision, ensuring students complete an effective programme of study and restorative practice.
• Coordinate two other staff members to deliver impactful interventions with students during their temporary stay, enabling them to thrive in mainstream lessons.
