Refit Team Supervisor

Overview

Overnight Schedule: Shifts are run primarily overnight from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM when stores are closed.

On-the-Road Travel: High-mobility role requiring regular travel across various store locations to supervise refit projects.

Hands-On Oversight: Lead the execution of store refits, planogram (POG) layouts, and contractor coordination.

What you’ll do

• Project Oversight & Coordination: Supervise and facilitate daily activities on-site, coordinating the overnight team to complete tasks on schedule.
• Quality Control: Inspect ongoing and completed refit work to ensure it meets Woolworths standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project milestones, track labour hours, and proactively manage delays to prevent budget overruns.
