Job Purpose and Impact
The Refinery Production Customer Value Engineer will be responsible to deliver production excellence processes and management systems focused on driving operational performance and value creation across manufacturing plants. In this role, you will use your knowledge to ensure alignment of key operational metrics.
Key Accountabilities
As the PPM(Product and Process Management) process owner, represent the plant in collaboration with R&D, Business, Technical Service, and other functions to carry out work including new product development, maintenance and upgrades of existing products, formulation adjustments and testing, production parameter optimization, and handling customer complaints.Partner collaboratively with operations to analyze and develop recommendations regarding failures and lost production and identify and implement solutions to improve the system, standard work and processes.Implemen...
