Refine Excel Task Plan
Description:
I have an Excel file with my 2026 tasks laid out. I need a virtual assistant to:
Clean up and organise the existing Excel file into a master task list.
Break tasks into three quarterly blocks with high-level objectives.
Create a team-friendly tracker with columns for task, owner, due date, and status.
Add a social media scheduling tab with platforms, dates, content type, and themes.
Deliver a ready-to-use Excel file that the team can follow easily.
Requirements:
Experience with Excel
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Able to summarise and structure tasks clearly
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Microsoft Excel, Business Plan
