Do I need to know the candidate personally?

  • No, It is not mandatory that you know the candidate personally. The referral could be a 3rd Degree connection as well

    • Who owns the referral claim in case there are multiple sources of claim

  • In case there is a double representation, i.e. more than one source simultaneously claiming ownership, ownership will move to the first source representing the candidate. No vendor bias or employee bias.

    • Who does this policy apply to?

  • Irrespective of Geo (US, UK, AUS, INDIA): This referral bonus would not be provided for employees with designations as Director and above. Everyone else is covered under this policy.
