Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organizedReferral Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient referrals, ensuring that both our patients and primary care physicians (PCPs) are informed and engaged in the referral process. This position requires a proactive approach in initiating the referral process, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring the timely receipt of necessary referrals.

Job Details:

Work from home

Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time
