Join Raise as a Red Seal Welder in Nisku, AB. This full-time role offers day or night shifts, focusing on precision fabrication and welding processes.
As a Journeyman Welder, your expertise in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding will be essential for fabricating custom prototypes and meeting customer specifications. Collaborate closely with Supervisors and Lead Hands to continuously improve work processes while ensuring safety and quality in production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
• Conduct repairs and modifications on metal parts
• Monitor material usage and report issues
• Assist in training junior employees and apprentices
Requirements:
• Licensed Journeyman Welder in Alberta
• Valid Gas Metal ARC Welding certification
• Experience in maintenance operations
• Flexibility and strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
