This position reports to: IS Service Manager

This role is contributing to the Information Systems Area in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction by designing, developing, and operating automation solutions based on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Each day, you will apply your technical expertise to automate complex IT processes, improve service reliability, and increase operational efficiency across the organization. You will act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for automation services.
