Overview

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with several universities and for the attraction, recruitment, and hiring process for college students, including co‑ops and interns, who are looking to start their career in an exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with an assigned group of universities, including career centers, faculty, diversity organizations, and related student organizations; develop strategic plans for each university and collect data to assess engagement effectiveness.
