  • Responsible for the recruitment strategies to recruit line workers and officers
  • Updating current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships
