ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supervises the Recruitment team in promoting the company as an employer of choice for seafarers and sourcing suitable sea staff to meet all fleets manning requirements.
• Closely coordinates with MPD Managers for seafarer requirements for next three months and proposes qualified applicants for their assessment/approval.
• Advertises for job opening in print/electronic media and sites in consultation with President.
• Maintains a database of seafarer applicants for pooling and regularly communicates with them for their latest status and availability for future requirements.
• Updates himself and the team on the company's vessel types, salary levels, qualification, experience, and technical competence requirements for matching of candidates vis-à-vis industry availability and requirements.
