Job Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Understanding of internal organizational structure and HR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Contract Duration: 6 months (Maternity Leave coverage)
Job Description :
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening resumes and scheduling psychological tests to conducting candidate interviews and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Conduct job evaluations.
- Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors (including project-based tasks) in the best interests of the company.
