SALES RECRUITER
Job Summary:
- To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement;
- To monitor and update seller’s database; and
- To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of work experience in recruitment and selection, real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent Interviewing skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge in different sourcing techniques and channels
