Recruitment Specialist

Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

This position will be based out of either our Red Deer or Grande Prairie facility. Our teams have returned to our offices, and remote work is not available for this role.

What will you do?

Precision Well Servicing is a fast paced organization and this position is critical in maintaining the success of the operations group. The person in this position will source, screen, and interview candidates for our field positions, and make recommendations for hire. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong desire to understand the primary duties of each field position to ensure the best candidate is selected and onboarded.
