- Omni-channel Recruitment & Expansion
- Core Objective: Spearhead the recruitment of dancing talent for our TikTok Groups and build a pipeline of trainee talent. You will execute a systematic, multi-dimensional scouting strategy.
- Online Scouting: Launch targeted recruitment campaigns on core social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Distribute recruitment creatives (short videos/copy) to reach potential candidates effectively. Identify and directly DM/invite potential live-streamers/talent to join our Agency.
- Precision Scouting: Pinpoint high-potential undiscovered talent (new faces) and mid-tier creators within the content creator community to establish initial contact.
