Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring a
Senior Recruiter
to manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill open roles efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning multiple requisitions, sourcing proactively, and moving candidates through the hiring process with consistency and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the process
• Support offer preparation and follow-ups
• Meet agreed hiring timelines and fill targets
