We're hiring a
Philippines-based Recruiter
to source and screen
nurses and other healthcare candidates in the Philippines
for
US-based clients
. This role also includes
simple clerical bookkeeping tasks
like creating invoices and sending statements.

Requirements:

• 1+ year healthcare recruitment experience
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working from home with reliable internet

Duties

• Recruit and pre-screen PH-based healthcare candidates (primarily RNs)
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate tracking
• Create/send invoices and basic statements (training provided)
