Recruitment Specialist

The Role

CC.Talentis seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruitment Specialist to support our end-to-end recruitment activities. The successful candidate will be part of a small, dynamic recruitment team and will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to coordinating and scheduling interviews.

In this role, the Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the rest of the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

This position requires strong drive, adaptability, and passion, as it supports a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Prior experience sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms is a strong advantage.
