Scalemill ) helps technology companies increase revenue and reduce costs by setting up off-site inside sales, support and customer success teams that handle customer interactions. We exclusively work with B2B (Business-to-Business) SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products, specializing in lead generation and appointment setting.
Role
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and finalizing job offers to attract and hire top talent. Seeking an individual who can manage the hiring process from start to finish, working with managers to understand job needs, finding candidates and guiding them through the interview process.
