Job Title: International Recruitment and Employer of Record Specialist

International Recruitment and Employer of Record specialists seek a seasoned recruiter to do business development for their EOR service, which provides South African employees to the US, UK, and Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities Hunt for clients in the UK and market our EOR service to them. Recruit South African employees for international clients. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Train and manage a team of 5-10 less experienced Recruiters and EOR specialists. Desired Experience & Qualifications

You should have:

At least 5 years of recruitment experience. A good acumen for business and business processes. Experience with CRMs and ATSs. A solid understanding of South African legislation and contracts. Experience in sales and client management.
