Recruitment

• Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Draft and post job ads across multiple platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain and update applicant tracking records
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure positive and professional candidate experience
