Job Description
Join the Vietnam Recruitment Team surrounded by a team of Talent Partners. You will support on the Vietnam Talent Strategy by building a pipeline of qualified candidates, both in support of active vacancies as well as proactively to meet the business need.

+ In charge of end to end recruitment for Factory's vacancies.

+ Manage employer branding/ recruitment marketing activities of Factory Workers

+ Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Internal and External Candidates.

Requirements
What You’ll Need To Succeed:

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ 1 to 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience for Factory roles.

+ Experienced in using ATS system (Workday).

+ Excellent English skill

+ Hungry to growth and fast learner. good at communication skill
