Adecco is partnering our client, a leading Tech MNC
We are looking for an Inhouse Talent Sourcer (Recruitment Sourcer)
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Min. 3-6 years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support experience
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
Strong MS Word, Excel
Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
Strong experience in hiring for Sales/GTM related roles
