The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and long-term positions. You'll be responsible for building strong candidate relationships and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from registration through to placement.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing high-quality candidates using CV Library, job boards and other recruitment platforms
* Conducting telephone interviews and candidate screening
* Registering and onboarding new candidates
