Duties:

Maintains relationship with Hiring Managers and Suppliers by answering queries through email and calls through MS Teams.

  • Managing onboardings, offboarding, extension of contractor's contract/assignment and updating their current information/profile via Vendor Management System.
  • Providing overview of process / training to Hiring Managers and Suppliers who are new to the program
  • Extracts and resolves error reports based on client’s HRIS provided, to make sure integration/information flows correctly between systems.
  • Create tickets for necessary errors/issues that with the Vendor Management System
  • Special projects such as end of fiscal year follow up and amendments or collection of data for enhancements to the program
  • Creation of documentation for projects or new processes
  • Collaborate with team members both locally and in North America
