Job Description


- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for non-technical, technical and operations-focused roles (e.G., healthcare, finance and accounting, technology, BPO, shared services, frontline and leadership roles).


- Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create or update job descriptions aligned with business needs.


- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and proactive outreach.


- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next-stage interviews with hiring teams.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


- Manage timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
