We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Operations & Onboarding Coordinator to support the end-to-end post-selection process, asset coordination, onboarding, and internal redeployment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and effective utilization of talent across business units through strong coordination and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Selection Process Coordination
- Collect and verify necessary documents from selected candidates.
- Share documentation with the Background Verification (BGV) team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with candidates to gather additional inputs or clarifications for BGV clearance.
