Overview

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency building a high-performance remote team across multiple countries.

We are now hiring a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our hiring pipeline and help us attract top-tier talent.

This role is not just admin.

You will be responsible for building the engine that brings A-players into the company.

You will work directly with the founder and have visibility across hiring strategy, candidate experience, and internal growth planning.

This is a part‑time contract role (100–120 hours per month) with clear KPIs and performance‑based bonuses.
