Key Responsibilities- Lead full recruitment lifecycle for Civil Fixed Network AML and Fraud Analyst roles
- Handle bulk and specialized hiring across technical and compliance domains
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Dubai
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates as per project needs
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports and talent pipelines
