Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Recruitment Manager at Lotus Suites USA. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles, including service staff, operations, and support positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers and onboarding. The role will also involve developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, updating job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager will track hiring metrics, refine recruitment strategies, and collaborate with leadership to align staffing plans with business needs.
