Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries
- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency
- Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure hiring targets and KPIs are met
