Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries
  • Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor team performance metrics and ensure hiring targets and KPIs are met
