Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores & corporate roles
Manage bulk hiring for store staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Store Managers, etc.)
Develop and implement recruitment strategies
Coordinate with regional managers for manpower planning
Handle sourcing through job portals, social media & consultants
