We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our growing retail operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk hiring, store-level recruitment, corporate hiring, and manpower planning within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail stores & corporate roles

  • Manage bulk hiring for store staff (Sales Executives, Cashiers, Store Managers, etc.)

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies

  • Coordinate with regional managers for manpower planning
