Location:    Home-based with regional travel across Central & West England
Salary:       Up to £30,000 base + commission (OTE up to £35,000)
Hours:       37.5hrs

Due to a period of exciting growth, our client is seeking a Recruitment Lead to oversee foster care applications within their regional service.

This is a high-impact, people-focused role at the heart of the foster carer recruitment journey. You will manage a regional pipeline of prospective foster carers, supporting them from their initial enquiry through to initial assessment and home visits.

Rather than simply managing leads, you will play a key role in opening the door for individuals and families who are ready to make a lasting difference in children's lives.
