**The Job**:
**What you will be doing**:
- Post and update job requisitions across multiple platforms, including Workday and LinkedIn.
**What you will learn**:
- How to manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage.
- How to use an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
- How to utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing tools.
**What could set you apart**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.
- Interest or background in the software development or technology industry.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- **Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.**
