Job Description
We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Recruitment/HR Consultant to support ongoing hiring and people initiatives on a part‑time, contractor basis. This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who is highly proactive, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has a strong “get-things-done” mindset.
You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on active candidate sourcing, market mapping, and direct search, rather than relying solely on job ads. Depending on experience, the role may also involve broader HR advisory support.
