Responsibilities
- Understand the job descriptions of assigned position thoroughly with complete information of timeline.
- Source potential candidates on different platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media Groups and etc.
- Search relevant candidates from Canada through all available sources.
- Approach the required consultants/candidates and increase the pool of candidates.
- Maintain the internal database properly.
- Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
- Conduct technical interview, negotiate on rate/compensation and location preferences with potential consultants/candidates, and finalize terms & conditions with them.
- Preference would be given to the candidate having prior experience with the UK market.
