About the Role

The Recruitment Development Manager will be in charge in conducting and executing strategies & recruitment initiatives, engagement activities learning sessions, recruitment pipeline reports to the SMT and Agency Leaders.
  • Reports & Progress follow-through (status/progress) in coding journey, exam results, and recruitment promos and initiatives
  • Execute strategies and action plans in partnership with the Sales Management Team: Ensure successful Implementation of Department’s strategies and plans on the ground.
  • Collaborate execution of Zonal Recruitment Initiatives with Sales Management Team
  • Provide Performance & Pipeline Business Review & Recommendations down to BDMs and Agency Leaders
