As a Recruitment Coordinator at Koch Recruiting China Team, you will manage the scheduling of meetings and interviews, sourcing resume, and making cold call. You will also manage candidate workflows using our Applicant Tracking System and ensure data integrity for team collaboration. Additionally, you will provide support for various recruiting activities and projects as needed.
