Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates
- Support recruiters in tracking and monitoring candidate progress in the ATS
- Liaise with candidates via phone and email regarding interview logistics and updates
- Assist with employment contracts and background verification processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities
- Manage high volumes of scheduling and coordination tasks with urgency and accuracy
- Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
