Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates
  • Support recruiters in tracking and monitoring candidate progress in the ATS
  • Liaise with candidates via phone and email regarding interview logistics and updates
  • Assist with employment contracts and background verification processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities
  • Manage high volumes of scheduling and coordination tasks with urgency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding processes

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
