We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to contribute to a world-class recruiting function.
This role will be supporting locations across Asia, and we are looking for someone who is able to start at 7am IST. The role will be hybrid remote and in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
