Drive the recruitment process as a Recruitment Coordinator based in Thunder Bay. This contract role supports workforce needs and provides an excellent candidate experience while ensuring flexibility.

As a key member of the Human Resources team reporting to the Manager, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple assignments. Your tasks will include leveraging your recruitment expertise, coordinating with hiring managers, and preparing comprehensive metrics to guide management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
• Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics for decision support
• Post job ads on internal and external platforms
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels
