Recruitment Coordinator - Contract

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client's busy and growing recruitment team. You'll support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and efficient recruitment operations. This is a day-rate contract for an initial 12 month period.

The role

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to support recruitment activities across the business. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain recruitment systems and reporting, and assist with early careers and graduate recruitment initiatives.
